Labor Legal Consultant Services
The Authority has a requirement for the services of a qualified contractor/law firm to provide legal advice on judicial and arbitral decisions, contract negotiations, pension issues, health and welfare issues, collective bargaining agreements, grievances, arbitrations, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and any other matters as provided in the scope of services that is attached to the solicitation.
