Labor Contract Negotiator

Review existing contracts with teamsters and the International Association of Fire Fighters (AFL-CIO) and make recommendations for similar labor forces in other jurisdictions. Work with county staff to determine issues to be negotiated. Negotiate labor contracts on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners and finalize contract language and provide a final contract for execution.
