PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of La Habra Heights, invites sealed bids from Landscape Contractors with a current C-27 license for the La Habra Heights Park Irrigation Upgrade (PRJ 2013-05) and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 1245 N. Hacienda Road, La Habra Heights, CA 90631 up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., on the 29th day of August, 2013. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. on the 29th day of August, 2013, in the La Habra Heights Multi-Purpose Room.
Copies of the plans, specifications, and contract documents are available from the City Hall, upon payment of a $35.00 non-refundable fee if picked up, or payment of a $45.00 non-refundable fee if mailed.
The City of La Habra Heights reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
