LIBRARY AUTHORITY COUNSEL SERVICES
The Sacramento Public Library Authority (the Authority) is currently soliciting Proposals from interested firms or individuals (the Proposer) qualified to serve as Authority Counsel providing general legal counsel services to the Sacramento Public Library Authority.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the purpose of the solicitation, the scope of services to be provided, the required elements of the Proposal, and the anticipated evaluation and selection process.
