Kitchen Hallway Rubber Roof Replacemen
Replace existing roof membranes & fiber glass insulation from the hallway.
Remove all existing stone, rubber membrane, asphalt membrane, insulation, and aluminum and lead flashing;
Inspect concrete roof for cracks and substantial damage/ make recommendations for repair;
Clean concrete to industry standard;
Replace existing roof drains, sealed water tight, complete with back drain prevention and basket strainers,
Seal water tight all penetrations, including duct work and cast iron stacks;
Install flashing for all ductwork and cast iron stacks;
Install no less than 2 of insulation to entire surface area of roof, secure with mechanical fasteners, providing pitch for adequate drainage;
Install new aluminum (brown) flashing to entire perimeter of building, including where cooper flashing currently exists;
