KIPP Austin Public Schools, Inc. ("KAPS") seeks proposals to provide representation as borrower's counsel in connection with the issuance of approximately $40 million in tax-exempt conduit revenue bonds to refinance existing bank debt and fund additional improvements to school buildings. Services are expected to commence on or about May 1, 2014. The bonds will be issued by a to-be-determined issuer.
