This is a Request for Proposal from the State to contract with a collection agency, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, to collect past-due debt. The debt may include criminal case fines and fees, traffic ticket fines, other complaint type fines, fees and surcharges, and other court ordered obligations as authorized. The Agency must enforce payments while adhering to commonly accepted integrity and customer service standards. Statewide and/or large county/city court collection experience and a nationwide license to collect are required to bid. Experience with Canadian and/or international collections is desired.
