PRICING
a. This contract shall be based on the bidder's Gallon Differential applied to Platt's Oilgram Gulf Coast Spot (Low) Five Day Trailing Average, Tuesday Posting.
b. The weekly fuel price per gallon for fuel shall be determined by applying the vendors differential to the Platt's Oilgram Gulf Coast Spot (Low) Five Day Trailing Average, Tuesday Posting gallon price in effect on Tuesday of each week. The resulting weekly fuel prices will be effective from Tuesday each week through the following Monday. The differential must be a firm dollar amount during the contract; the differential shall be set to four (4) decimal places, and shall be identified in the vendors bid as either negative or positive. This gallon differential shall include any costs involved with the supply and delivery of aviation fuel to the County. Bidder must supply the County Purchasing Office with one (1) copy of the Platt's Oilgram Gulf Coast Spot (Low) Five Day Trailing Average, Tuesday Posting on Tuesday of each week of the contract.
