Janitorial Maintenance
This proposal covers the Cleaning and Maintenance of the Interstate Rest Area Buildings and
Grounds. The work shall be performed in a manner which reflects credit to the
State of Iowa. The buildings and grounds shall always be neat and present an attractive
appearance. The quality of work shall meet the high standards of the trade and accomplished with
little inconvenience to the traveling public. Completed work shall match and compliment the
existing finishes and appearances of the rest area.
