Invitation to Negotiate for Electric Utility Consulting Services

The Office of the Auditor General is seeking to obtain the consulting services of an electric utility consultant to advise and provide expertise in the conduct of its audit of the Florida Municipal Power Agency. This includes providing advice, as deemed necessary by the Auditor General, regarding the Auditor General's assessment of the FMPA's contracts with, and methodology used to determine amounts charged by the FMPA to, its members.
