Notice is hereby given that the City of Columbia, 707 N. Main St., Columbia TN 38401 will receive sealed bids at the address listed above up until 2:00 PM CST on May 5, 2011 for Renovations of the New City Hall at 700 North Garden Street.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Architect's office: Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc., 209 10th Ave S, Cummins Station - Suite 327, Nashville TN 37203.
Bids shall meet requirement found in Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 21, 2011 at 700 North Garden Street for all interested parties, with a site visit to follow. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
