Investigative Services
The Department seeks to obtain the services of a highly skilled and experienced (senior-level) investigator or investigators to provide comprehensive and professional investigative services to assist the Department in fulfilling its duties and responsibilities under Texas law to regulate and supervise its Regulated Entities, to enforce state and federal laws, rules, and regulations applicable to such Regulated Entities (collectively, “State and Federal Law”), and to investigate allegations of misconduct, fraud, abuse of position or other violation of State and Federal Law by such Regulated Entities, their principal shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and other insiders (collectively, “Insiders”), or Affiliates.
