SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Airport reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any or all proposals submitted, to waive any technicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed with the work otherwise as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Airport. Airport reserves the right to reject any proposal from a firm that may represent a conflict of interest with the Airport. In the event of a potential conflict of interest, the firm chosen will disclose such a potential conflict and will not undertake that aspect of the representation without first obtaining a written waiver or authorization from the Airport. Airport reserves the right to modify this RFP at any time. In the event it becomes necessary to modify or revise the RFP, all proposers will be notified of the change in criteria and allowed to respond. Site Ownership: It is the express intent of this RFP that the current website, customer database, all revisions, all development working papers, and website programming and source code necessary to functionally connect the website to outside software products, either existing or resulting from this RFP, are and will remain the property of the Airport.
