Intermodal Materials Testing and Construction Observation
The objective is to solicit interest in providing materials testing and construction observation for the proposed Intermodal Transportation Facility, which will consist of a three story parking structure with approximately 35,000 ft. per level, a connection walkway from the parking ramp to the transportation center and the actual transportation center consisting of approximately 7394 square feet. The main structure is comprised of post-tensioned concrete beams and slabs supported on reinforced concrete columns. The building is supported on a deep foundation system comprised of auger cast piles and pile caps. Construction will begin in May of 2014 with an estimated construction period of 14 months.
