Interceptor, Flood Wall & Miscellaneous Improvements
The work of this project on the 1.3 mile long Double Barrel Interceptor (two 10 feet high by 9.5 feet wide barrels) includes:
Dewatering and removal of approximately 6,000 tons of sediment
Repair of interior and exterior deteriorated/delaminated concrete
Concrete expansion joint repairs
Installation of exterior concrete overlay
Application of exterior penetrating water, repellant and interior lining system
Installation of two air vents
Installation of interior and exterior joint numbering.
