The State intends to implement a single over-arching Project Corruption Prevention Program
(PCPP) for all projects listed in Attachment A.
The PCPP shall be grounded in the bedrock belief that fair and ethical business practices are an
absolute prerequisite to doing business on these projects. These ethical practices must be
followed by all contractors and vendors their subcontractors, consultants, vendors and
suppliers, of all tiers/levels, for all projects specified in Attachment A.
