By issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Collection services, the City is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide for the collection, disposal and processing of solid waste, recyclable materials, and green waste from its residential and commercial sectors. The goal for the collection agreement selection process is to attain cost-effective, quality service for its residents and businesses. In doing so, the City is looking for service providers who can deliver efficient service while meeting the recycling diversion targets set by the City, State and Federal government.
