Inmate Welfare Check System

This RFQ requests quotes for procurement of an Inmate Welfare Check System in all thirty-three (33) California adult correctional institutions.

The current method for delivering mandated tracking is through manual paper documentation process. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) does not have an automated system in place to record, gather, or retain court mandated monitoring of adult inmate-patients.

To mitigate the resultant issues, this RFQ seeks quotes to acquire electronic monitoring devices and/or a system consisting of electronic recording device to digitally record the CO's check time at all pre-assigned individual cell locations.
