Informal Critical Access Hospital Network Project

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals that will enable the State to select the most qualified Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) to expand or develop an informal network of three or more Critical Access Hospitals to share information and resources beyond traditional large network systems, rural referral, or tertiary network hospital affiliations.
