The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334290. The Inertial Navigation Unit contains a GPS receiver and is part of the Inertial Navigation System (INS) along with the Vehicle Motion System (VMS). The INU is located on the Spanning Yoke of the M119A3 digitized 105mm howitzer. It provides location and navigation of the gun and target aiming and position of the cannon. These spare components of the INU are required for the function of the digitized weapon and are required to be accessible with the weapon during firing, travel and maintenance.
