Inertial Device Test Sets
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Honeywell International Inc., Clearwater, FL for a quantity of twelve (12) Inertial Device Test Sets P/N 2056AS953-01 to include two (2) Shore Antenna Kits P/N 26020910-01 and ten (10) Ship Board Cable Sets P/N 2057AS317-01 required for the Consolidated Automated Support System Family of Testers to support the F/A-18 Aircraft.
The Government does not have the detailed data available for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
