This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Department of Purchasing Services on behalf of the Office of Compliance and Corporate Integrity and the Office of Legal Management.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter a contract for the services of an Independent Review Organization (IRO) that will provide reviews of selected cost reporting, coding and billing, reimbursement, contract and general compliance issues. In addition, UMDNJ will enter into a separate contract for the services of a Compliance Expert, who will assist the Audit Committee of the UMDNJ Board of Trustees in the design, implementation and monitoring of a Compliance Program Review.
