INVITATION TO BID: Disposal Sale of Surplus Vehicles and Miscellaneous Equipment
The City offers for sale to the highest bidder used vehicles and miscellaneous equipment determined to be surplus to the needs of the City. All surplus vehicles and equipment contained in this bid will be sold on a where is and as is basis. Upon acceptance by the City of any bid, such bid shall be binding upon the bidder and the sale thereupon be final. Sales tax will be charged on all items. Successful bidder must deposit cash or cashiers check in the amount of his bid within five (5) days after the award by the Director of Purchasing. Immediate pick-up and possession can be made when payment is made.
