IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS FUELING FACILITY - DeKalb County Georgia

Proposals will be received by the Center for Transportation and the Environment, 730 Peachtree Street, Suite 330, Atlanta, GA 30308, until 5:00 p.m. on the 19th day of December, 2011, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all things necessary pursuant to requirements, conditions, etc., for Design, Construction, Startup, Ownership, Operation and Maintenance of a Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station.
The Request for Proposal and supporting documents for this work are available for inspection at www.cte.tv/CNG-RFP; Proposals will be considered only from experienced and qualified CNG fueling station owner/operators.
All questions concerning the project shall be submitted to [email protected] no later than close of business on 12th day of December, 2011. Questions received after this date will
not receive a response. Work on this project must begin within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, as evidenced by official receipt of certified mail or acknowledgment of personal delivery, and must be completed by September 30, 2012.
CTE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise.
