The awardee is to provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision required to construct the new Millennium Way Community Center in accordance with the specifications provided by owner. A complete IFB package is available from owner for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. Payment must be made in the form of a cashier's or certified check or money order, payable to owner.
The bid due date has been extended to Wednesday, August 11, 2010.
