1. Install 1/4" plywood on kitchen floor
2. Remove flooring in bath and repair rotted subfloor and use 1/4"plywood for finished flooring
3. Install 12" x 12" glue down tile on kitchen and bathroom floors.Owner to choose style from a selection you provide.
4. Remove tile from kitchen walls and install wainscot paneling complete with chair rail on kitchen walls
5. Replace floor base trim in kitchen and bathroom with prefinished wood trim
6. Repaint kitchen including walls, ceiling and trim
