1. Remove all construction debris from job site.
2. Install two yard drains and piping as per attached drawing
3. Remove and reset flagstone on porch steps in front of house
4. Add fill dirt and stone along foundation on driveway side of house as per attached drawing.
5. Replace leader drain pipe under front porch
6. Chip out all cracks around the foundation. Replaster and apply a waterproof seal in a light gray color.
