1. Replace all double hung windows throughout the house with new vinyl double hung replacement type
2. Replace basement windows with vinyl sliding type. Remove old wood jambs and install new wood jambs and cover with aluminum
3. Remove storm windows and cover all trim with aluminum
4. Replace front and side doors with Stanley Steel 9 lite on side door and fan lite on front door
5. Remove and reset front storm door
