Just 2 of the 8 Descriptions of work needed.
1. Install handrails on living room stairs on both sides. Use prefinished oak square posts and balasters.
2. Remove and later replace section of wall in basement to get to sewer line
3. Install handrail on basement stairs and third floor stairs
1. Replace sliding windows throughout the house with vinyl sliding type to match the existing two windows in the front of the house which will remain in place
2. Replace front door with Stanley Steel fan lite type
3. Refasten rear storm door in garage area
4. Install new self storing storm door on front door
5. Replace doors only on upstairs bedoom and bathroom
6. Replace rear door downstairs with Stanley Steel 9 lite unit
