The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland ("Lakeland Housing Authority" or "LHA") is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide annual inspections of approximately 300 Housing Choice Voucher ("HCV") participant units. Inspections must be conducted utilizing the HQS process and forms for the HCV Units. Responses must be submitted by 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on March 27, 2013. The Request for Proposal may be obtained by emailing your request to Procurement@ LakelandHousing.org.
