Hilltop Hanover Farm Operations Proposal
Westchester County is seeking proposals from qualified applicants from interested individuals, partnerships or corporations that are both experienced and financially able ("Prospective Licensees") to conduct activities on those portions of the Farm Operations Area which are not currently under license, consistent with the County's goals and objectives and with all other requirements set forth in this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the extent to which they enhance the use of the farm consistent with its purposes and its master plan in a manner that serves the best interests of County taxpayers.
