The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals that will enable the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) to select the most qualified applicant to plan, produce and place health promotion campaigns to support at least four specific public health programs:
1) Prevention of problem gambling and promotion of the 1-800-BETS-OFF helpline,
2) Just Eliminate Lies youth tobacco use prevention,
3) Tobacco use cessation and promotion of Quitline Iowa, and
4) Promotion of Iowa e-Health to advance health information technology.
