The Health Care Workforce Transformation Fund RFP is designed to provide applicants with funds to support planning to address workforce challenges that occur as a result of the requirements of implementing Chapter 224.

An initial allotment of one million is available. While additional funds may be made available at the discretion of the Secretary of Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, organizations are encouraged to submit applications as soon as possible in order to ensure availability of funds. Individual grant awards will begin at $15,000 and will not exceed $50,000 per grant.
