Health Benefit Exchange Planning Project

The Insurance Department has
received an award from the Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, the federal agency
within the US Department of Health and Human Services overseeing state-based Exchanges, to evaluate
the planning options for establishing an Exchange in New Hampshire. The NHID seeks to contract with
one or more Vendors for assistance in its planning efforts. The planning work performed under this
Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be coordinated with planning and development work performed under
an RFP issued by the NHDHHS in connection with this Grant.
