Haulout & Storage of 49" Vessel
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) JJ Howard Laboratory, Highlands, NJ is seeking haulout, pressure wash and storage for the 49'-10" vessel in accordance with attached Statement of Work.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and written quotes are being requested in response to this solicitation.
This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as full and open competition. The requirement may be subject to the Service Contract Act Wage Determination and is dependent on the cost for service portion of the requirement. The associated NAICS code is 336611. All offerors shall be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Registration can be accessed at www.SAM.gov.
