HVAC Duct Cleaning and Encapsulation

The University is seeking proposals and cost estimates for cleaning and encapsulation of the interior lined ductwork. The services will consist cleaning of supply ducting and associated equipment and application of an EPA approved duct liner encapsulating product (Foster's 40-20 or equivalent). The awarded vendor(s) must provide all labor, supplies, equipment, services, disposal and insurance necessary to perform the work. The University would like the work to be completed by October 15th, 2010. Details of the work are described in Section III of this RFP.
