The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: “the rehabilitation of a 5.0 million gallon ground storage tank, including the surface preparation and repainting of the interior and exterior surfaces, overflow pipe modifications, other minor piping modifications, valve replacement, weir box repairs, minor foundation improvements, new access platform, tank ladder improvements, roof vent replacement, pavilion and picnic area improvements, electrical improvements, demolition, and other miscellaneous work.”
