Graphic design creation and development services for 2008, 2009, and 2010 annual reports
The Authoirity intends to public its 2008, 2009, and 2010 annual reports. The Authority also intends to public nine editions of its newsleltter during the three year period. The Authority wishes to engage the services of a firm to provide graphic arts, layout and design services in connection with the development of the publications, as well as other communications materials and special project materials.
