The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (the " Commission") intends to contract with a graphic design firm between July 1, 2005 and June 30, 2008. The Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform graphic design and associated layout and production coordination services for preparation of its 2005, 2006 and 2007 Annual Reports and other related projects as needed. Interviews will take place on Tuesday, April 19, 2005 and it is the Commission's intent to appoint the firm selected under this contract by Friday, April 29, 2005.
