Graphic Design Services for Arts & Cultural Programming. , the University seeks proposals for graphic design services for Arts and
Cultural Programming that reflect both artistic creativity and competitive pricing. The successful
firm/individual is expected to have a diverse and innovative portfolio of graphic design work for
performing arts clients within the New York /New Jersey area that demonstrates adaptability for print,
outdoor and electronic formats.
The awarded bidder will work with ACP to develop and design marketing materials for the Peak
Performances season that meet aesthetic and communication standards (initiatives, messaging, and
accuracy of materials) currently established by ACP’s Executive Director and managed by ACP Media
& Marketing Specialist. The successful firm/individual shall continue and update the program’s brand
identity through innovative graphic design and communication tools, including brochures, signage,
e-marketing, and print advertising.
