The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to engage a vendor who will work with Goodwill Industries International staff to develop four (4) one-hour web-based self-paced on-line training courses using the Lectora authoring tool . The audience for the training is GoodGuides staff and mentor participants. The modules will be presented with audio, along with on-line transcripts, and pre- and post-assessments. The purpose of the training is to understand how mentor and youth personalities and youth characteristics influence the mentoring relationships, the role of the mentor, how to develop a relationship, how to hand difficult situations, coaching skills, and maintaining confidentiality.
