Furnish labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all preparation, fine grading, compacting, trenching, backfill, and incidental work necessary to provide and install approximately 18,000 square feet of liner (including splicing and sealing), and underlayment within future 140' diameter reservoir in accordance with specifications.
