General Contractor Services

General Construction firms will be pre-qualified to provide General Contracting Services to
UMDNJ which may include, but are not limited to, pre-construction services, construction cost
estimating, construction document review, bid phase administration, construction phase
administration, schedule and cost control, provision of all services, labor, and materials required
for performance of the construction work and project close-out services. The scope of services
may vary according to individual project requirements, facility type, and as determined by
UMDNJ.
