The successful bidder will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for three
(3) years in twelve (12) month increments. A price increase may be allowed on each extension
but must not exceed the CPI increase. The increase must be pre-approved by the Iowa
Department of Transportation, Office of Procurement and Distribution, Purchasing Section.
