The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Command (ARDEC) intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote to ADA Core Technologies, Inc. 150 West 30th Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001-4091, CAGE Code 1NNP8 pursuant to FAR 13.501(a) for GNAT Pro software which they are the only provider of this software. This purchase is to the software, licenses and maintenance/updates for GNAT Pro software. There are no other authorized vendors for this software. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a twelve (12) month, Firm Fixed Price, contract.

The applicable NAICS Code for this is 541511.


For this effort the contractor is to provide the software, licenses and maintenance/updates for GNAT Pro software. This software is used to develop Ada software in X86 Windows, GNU Linux, ARM Android (hosted on Windows), and .NET on Windows environments. In order to support customer requirements and their need for on-going operations, it is critical that this software, licenses, updates, and maintenance support is provided and the GNAT Pro software is kept up to date and available for use at all times ADA Core Technologies is currently the only vendor providing GNAT Pro software support.


THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a bidding contract.
