This contract is to furnish and deliver Geographic Information System (GIS) services for the Township of Hillsborough through a fair and open process in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.5 et seq. The Township is seeking to implement and maintain a new parcel-based GIS database for various municipal applications that will keep pace with the Townships ongoing growth and development.
