Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate professional consulting services to facilitate a fundraising campaign for a private 501(c)(4) countywide economic development public/private partnership serving a population of approximately 1.7 million. The RFP and eventual contract for services will consist of two stages, a feasibility report (Phase I) and a campaign (Phase II).
