As a part of this RFP, the successful bidder shall provide all the expertise, experience, consultants, expert personnel, and all other resources necessary to successfully provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil/Structural services, including Construction Administrative services to install the Fuel Storage Tank Farm and Truck Unloading Station. It is the intent of UMDNJ to engage an experienced General Contractor firm, and/or team, and all other resources necessary to successfully provide professional services associated with this project.

• Construction
