Demolition and new construction at Fred Cone Park consisting of a base bid and alternates. The Base Bid includes the demolition and/or construction of parking lots (both paved and unpaved), sidewalk, storm infrastructure, expansion of the stormwater facility, new and modification of water and/or sewer lines, electric infrastructure, synthetic sports track, bleachers, basketball courts, lighting, and landscaping. Demolition includes tree removal and removal of the existing basketball courts. Alternates include construction of the new restroom facility, splash pad facility, picnic pavilions, demolition of the existing restroom facility, and construction of sports lighting for the track and interior field area.
