Franklin Street Parking Lot Lease
The County of Alameda is interested in executing a month-to-month lease agreement for a County-owned parking lot. The parking lot size is approximately 26,730 square feet. It contains 75 parking stalls. The lot will be leased as-is. The County will not provide any repairs, improvements, or modifications. There is no water supply on the premises. The lot is to be used to provide public parking services only. No storage of any type is permitted.
